Looking for QA/QC: Engineer / Manager for a reputed company. (Saudi National Only)

Designation: QA/QC: Engineer /Manager
Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
• Preparation & review of Method Statements, Inspection, and Test Plans.
• Attending kickoff meetings, PIM, and queries from customers regarding quality matters.
• Strong experience and working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS)
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality and Safety Policies, Objectives,
Manuals, Procedures, Processes, etc. for fulfilling the requirements of QMS
• Conducting External/internal audits for ISO, IMS, AISC, Aramco
• Handling Non-conformance, Corrective Action Requests, Root Cause Analysis, Risk &
Opportunity for Improvement Analysis.
• Follow up on the implementation of actions associated with documented Corrective Action
Reports.
• Ensuring the material traceability on each Cut & Drop material.
• Inspecting Orientation & Dimensions as per the fit-up Drawing for PEB and Steel Structure.
• Inspecting the Final Dimensional of the completed Piece.
• Prepare documents for Clients or Third-Party Inspection.
Familiar with Materials such as ASME SA 106, SA 515, SA 516, SA 240, SA 234, B36.10, B16.5,
B 16.9 etc.
• Familiar with ASME Sections II, V, VIII & IX.
• Thorough knowledge in Welding Codes of AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.5, D1.6, D1.8. API 1104 and
Aramco standards.
• Development of PWPS, PQR, WPS, and Fabrication processes for various materials.
• Witnessing welding as per WPS, and ITP and preparing supporting Documents.
• Testing & Witnessing of PT, MT, UT, RTFI AS PER ITP
• Organized welder training program and find out their excellence for Quality products.
