Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Take orders from and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services, ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold.
• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.
• Listening to customer complaints and queries and addressing their concerns in an efficient yet friendly manner, and reporting to the manager on duty without delay.
• Complete knowledge about the Menu and Food Allergens. Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when appropriate or requested.
• Assist a team of hosts and hostesses by greeting, seating, and thanking customers.
• Communicate with kitchen staff directly and via computers.
• Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything. Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, and replace table set up, glassware, silverware, and dishes.
• Clean and polish furniture, shelves, walls, and equipment. Ensure the Dining Area is neat and tidy and well organized.
• Conduct month-end physical Inventory report along with RM

Work Experience: 2+ Years Preferable F&B industry
