We have requirement for 01 Electrical Engineer for our upcoming Maintenace job in Advanced Petrochemical Co. Ltd.
Candidates applying for the job must be fulfill below criteria

1. Experience: Minimum 10 Years experience as Electrical Supervisor / Engineer in Maintenance of
Industrial Plants.
2. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

3. Tasks:

a. Assist and executed work for plant related all jobs.

b. Execution of maintenance and troubleshooting of various proactive preventive, reactive
maintenance activities for all electrical equipment such as 115KV SWG, Power and Distribution
Transformer, GIS, 34.5/13.8/4.16 KV Switch Gear, 400V PCC/MCC, HT/MV/LT Motors, Emergency
Generator, AC and DC UPS System, Battery and Battery Charger, MOV, CP system, VFD, Heat
tracer and Illumination System.

c. technical approval of OEM submitted equipment drawing and proposal as per plant requirement.

d. Technical Evaluation of all critical Electrical Equipment like Transformer, HT motor, MV Motor,
UPS, Charger, 4.16KV switchgear, 480V MCC etc.

e. Transformer oil replacement, Switchgear replacement, MCC replacement, HT motor replacement,
UPS/Charger replacement, MOV replacement etc.

f. Improvement in the reliability of all the single line equipment so as to minimize the plant down time.

g. Technical review of spares with OEM and vendor.

h. Job scope preparation for PR/PO as per material specification

i. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment for safe job execution.

j. TA preparation planning and execution including Preparation of Job Scope, Technical discussion
and approval, Arrangement of Spare from OEM.

k. Job execution in TA and plant start up activities.

l. Identification of all the electrical related issues or potential issues that could be a risk to production
integrity and upgrading the existing system if necessary.

m. Assess company plant and equipment for efficiency, purpose and implement improvements so
that output will be optimized.

n. Use Online monitoring, fault finding and problem-solving systems/ techniques to maximize
utilization of all company plant and equipment.

o. Liaise and work closely with the production team enabling timely start-up of plant.

p. Confer with other supervisors and technicians to coordinate activities and to work safely,
complying with the obligations under Health & Safety regulations.

Notes.

1. 8 Hours/Day and 6 Days in a week

2. Mobilization: Immediate

3. Duration: 6 Months (Up to 15 MAR 2024)

4. Job will hourly basis, iqama transfer is not applicable.
