Maritime company is looking for Crewing Manager

-Key Duties and Responsibilities

In-charge and may nominate / delegate suitable personnel be working under him/her as required ensuring quality and efficiency. Besides his duties and responsibilities as Operations Manager, the Crewing Manager must:
• Ensure that the crewing department budget is maintained, and variances have been communicated to Managing Director.
• Assist Senior Management Team in forecasting preparing and setting up the crewing department budget.
• Maintain vessel manning costs in actual against figures and inform Managing Director for all observed variance, underage or overage concerning the allocated budget.
• Overall, in-charge for all Crewing Department activity.
• Assure that the workflow for all Crewing Department staff is ongoing, not stopped and functional through being aware of all aspects of the Crewing Department processes.

-Job Requirements
-Must have 10 years of experience in similar role
-Extensive experience as crewing manager
-Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
-Strong analytical, critical and problem-solving skills
-Able to excel in high pressure situation
-Excellent organization and leadership skills
-Proficient in Microsoft office application

candidate must have experience in maritime industry.
