Position: Store Officer Cum Admin Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Officer Cum Admin Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Store Officer Cum Admin Assistant will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory management within the warehouse while also actively participating in administrative functions. Key responsibilities of the role include:

Efficiently managing inventory and warehouse operations, overseeing the flow of goods and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Utilizing ERP systems to accurately track inventory movement and generate necessary reports.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective coordination between production, procurement, and distribution.
Taking charge of administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Upholding effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel to handle data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

A minimum of three years of experience in the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices and dynamics.
