Description

Involved in providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Their role shall be to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
• Recording Invoice booking, review/approval, and posting.
• Payroll expense claims and deductions.
• Handle Petty cash transactions.
• Communication with vendors and business.
• Upload payments in the banking system and analyze bank rakes.
• Validation, review, and approval of vendor payments.
• Preparing Supplier reconciliation.
• Accounts payable aging report preparation, management, and analysis.
• VAT Filing KSA.
• Zakat Filing.
• Review of tax implication on contracts.
• Internal Audit on Tax Attending to IA s requests and drafting management responses.
• External GAZT Tax Audits Attending to GAZTs requests.
• Preparing and processing the payments to be made to the vendors.
Reconciling vendor statements and reporting to the manager.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Knowledge / Skills:
Candidate shall ensure:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel.
• Having an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
• The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintaining work ethics.
Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation.
Ability to stick to time constraints
Fluent in English (is a plus).
Education / Certifications:
CA/ ACCA/ CA Finalist
Experience:
3 - 5 years experience in the financial field and having 1-year experience in the Kingdom.
