Urgent Requirement for IT Support in Riyadh
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supervising all tasks related to managing a IT systems, printers, desktops, imaging pcs, scanners, access points, bio metric devices, cctv.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mind-set and ability to handle escalated support calls effectively.
• Familiarity with IT systems, software applications, and technical troubleshooting.
• Good to have worked in point of sales.
• Experience on supporting SAP ERP system or any other ERP.
• Experience with working in Food business is highly desirable.
