Description

Role Purpose :

The experienced Project Management Engineer manages key client projects, coordination responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects and minor work orders on time within budget and scope at NEOM communities. The Project Engineer should:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitoring the daily progress and performance of projects
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports and present them to higher management
Oversee different project aspects and set project deadlines
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Maintain relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders / third parties
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project in a detailed scope of work.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs


Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven working experience in project
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experience with project management software tools: Microsoft Office…
Supervision, Process Improvement, Planning, Inventory Control, Detail-Oriented, Time Management, Negotiation, Cost Control, Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills & Technical Skills


Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
PMP certification is a plus
