Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee the execution of fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and design.
Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and simulations to determine the feasibility and structural integrity of proposed designs.
Review and analyze project specifications and technical drawings to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select materials and equipment for fit-out projects.
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on fit-out projects, ranging from 3 to 6 years.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
