Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess professional certificates in the field. This role entails performing basic maintenance for industrial and collaborative robots from leading manufacturers such as ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, and Universal Robots. In addition to maintenance tasks, the candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-sales activities, including demos for clients and preparations for exhibitions. The role also involves providing support on office work, such as preparing quotations and entering data into the CRM system. Furthermore, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills to understand customer needs and design suitable solutions. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, along with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial and collaborative robots (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Universal Robots).
- Collaborate with the sales team in conducting pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations for clients and preparing for exhibitions.
- Support office work, such as preparing accurate quotations and entering data into the CRM system.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions based on their needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during maintenance and repair procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in robotics maintenance and mechanical engineering.
- Professional certifications in robotics maintenance or related areas.
- Proficiency in robotic programming.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
