Description

Our company is looking for FACILITY MANAGER who will be responsible for the following:
1. coordinating and overseeing FM services of the various units
2. providing operational support to the site team to ensure and maintain the highest possible services
levels and standards as per the agreed deliverables
3. ensuring that staff follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating
Procedures in line with the company guidelines
4. coordinating and extending support to Branch Manager in pitching new business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. has bachelor's degree in Business / Hospitality / Facilities Management / Engineering,
2. has minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in facilities management, property management, or closely related field
3. should be detail oriented and has professional image/ integrity
4. must be physically able to demonstrate proficiency with all Facility operations
5. preferably has more than 3 years' experience in customer service
6. must be poised, articulate, and comfortable when speaking with all clients specifically with Saudi
nationals
7. proficient in computer applications and software such as MS Office
8. has valid driving license
9. has transferable iqama
10. preferably living in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
