Description

AlMeer Saudi is currently looking for a Material Controller with experience in the oil and gas energy industry and Saudi Aramco projects.

About the role:

Responsible for Maintaining Stock and replenishment planning for all Raw Materials, inbound & outbound material movement, inventory management & fleet management preferably in Saudi Aramco Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence of Safety practices
• Monitor Inbound & Outbound Material movements and operational activities
• Interface with procurement, production, Logistics related to project RFP order and coordinate the stock movements and ERP postings
• Ensure all the Material Movements are recorded in ERP
• Coordination with other related functional departments such as, Projects, Administration, QC, Procurement and Logistics Departments and transporters.
• Review Critical materials inventory levels to avoid stock out and shortages of materials availability.
• Review stock levels setup in the system to reduce inventory costs with close coordination and communications with related departments.
• Review creation of new stock materials to avoid of duplication of stocks.
• Responsible for controlling the shelf-life materials
• Responsible for reporting physical inventory surveys

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Supply Chain or relevant
• Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial sector working with ERP and material planning.
• Experience in handling Saudi Aramco Standard material control activities.

Required Skills:

• Professional communications skills including demonstrated proficiency with internal and external communications and relationship management.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and conflict resolution sufficient to communicate performance expectations and motivate and retain staff members.
• Demand Management/ Inventory Management
• Ability to manage work stress and business pressures.
• Ability to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Able to efficiently and effectively handle shifting and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP application.
• Must be available to join immediately
