Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Experience in civil, infra structure, Road & Bridge projects
• Lead site QS team.
• Preparation of various variation orders and claims.
• Strong knowledge of CESMM3 and FIDIC.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Review DWGs and prepare quantity take-off (Earthwork, Concrete, Precast concrete, Reinforcement, Shuttering/formwork, Finishing, etc.…).
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Review and administrate main and sub-contractors’ contracts and documents.
• Track changes in DWGs and update QTYs on regular basis.
• Prepare project revised BOQ and identify project value on regular basis.
• Prepare payments for client and subcontractors.
• Prepare of subcontractors revised BOQ.
• Utilize software to calculate, record, and track quantities and payments.
• Keep updated comparison between main contract BOQ and subcontractors works.
• Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers with regard to quantities and payments.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with client and subcontractors.
• Keep track of construction materials and inventory.
• Identify potential financial or construction risks on regular basis and initiate any variations or claims.
• Contribution in variation orders / claims preparation/review.
• Advising manager as per work conditions/requirements.
• He has experience in Civil 3D and Revit programs
