Qualification: 3 years diploma Engineering/Engineering Graduate with NEBOSH/OSHA
Experience: 2-5 years' Experience in Oil & Gas/Construction safety
Handle safety procedures at Hight works/lifting materials/Excavations
Maintain daily safety reports and updating records that documents compliance.
Execute day to day EHS activities such as safety inspection, EHS review, work permits, and observations etc.
Conduct mock drills and implement recommendations.
Conduct EHS review against accident/incident and other case studies, unsafe conditions, and existing conditions.
Prepare and coordinate for internal/external audits and comply with improvement points.
Promote appropriate safety and protective equipment and review existing PPE checks with different subcontractors and vendor employees for PPE compliance.
Ensured safety compliances during all major shutdowns and breakdowns.
Preparing and disseminating materials for awareness and motivation on safety and environmental issues and case studies of industry.
Carried out worksite inspections, and emergency response mock drills.
Coordinate with departments to ensure closure of EHS Internal Audit and Safety Audit points.
Conduct EHS Induction training and other EHS training as per training Calendars.
Conduct Safety meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and follow-up for closure of actions points.
