Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled 3D Architectural Renderer with expertise in 3ds Max to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Architectural Renderer, you will be responsible for creating highly realistic and visually stunning architectural visualizations for a range of projects. Your ability to transform architectural designs into captivating 3D renders will play a crucial role in conveying the vision of our projects to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and environments using 3ds Max.
- Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera setups to achieve photorealistic renders.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in modeling and rendering processes.
- Produce high-quality interior and exterior renders showcasing lighting, textures, and spatial elements.
- Optimize scenes for efficient rendering without compromising visual quality.
- Iterate on renderings based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance rendering skills.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to project timelines.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and a strong understanding of architectural visualization principles.
- Experience creating realistic materials, lighting setups, and camera compositions.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of architectural renders with a focus on interior and exterior spaces.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Familiarity with other 3D software and rendering engines is a plus.
