Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will work collaboratively with the other members of the Roastery department. This individual will help supervise a team of Production associates relative to their completion of daily physical and digital work. The position will also help manage the workflow in a manufacturing environment, to manage the production line fully. From forecasting & buying raw material to delivering the goods to the consumer.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Seek improvements and develops tools to enable and measure department efficiency and growth
- QC for the roastery – Manage and elevate Production’s fulfillment efficiency and quality
- Time Management – ensure coordination with related departments and manages delegation of daily work requirements
- Raw material management – Ensure enough stock on hand, from direct materials to indirect materials, to keep production moving
- Scheduling production – Planning, routing, scheduling, dispatching, and execution
- Team management
- Equipment & maintenance

Experience:

1. Essential : 1-2 years’ experience in factory management, English written & spoken, coffee passion, team leader. Bachelor’s degree in industrial management or similar. Coffee Passion.
2. Desirable : Certified roaster
