We are urgently looking for warehouse supervisor for Food distribution company

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse staff
Ensure that all food products are received, stored, handled, and dispatched according to established standards and procedures
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and records
Implement and enforce safety and hygiene rules and regulations in the warehouse
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other departments to resolve any issues or problems
Evaluate and improve the performance of the warehouse staff and provide feedback and coaching
Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations and metrics

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role in the food distribution industry
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
