Description

Role Purpose :

Perform internal service delivery standard audits against appropriate health and safety regulations, NEOM Safety Management System, Service Level Agreements and KPIs. To prepare internal service standards compliance notifications and reports to meet the health and safety and quality standards.


Key Accountabilities & Activities :


Undertake health and safety audits across NEOM communities
To identify hazardous working conditions and report to the Health and Safety Supervisor
To assist the Health and Safety Supervisor to promote occupational health and safety culture within the communities
Ensure that the PTW and Risk Assessments are in place and are being adhered to
Completion of internal audit reports
Implementing safe systems of work
Active monitoring of health and safety standards
Incident investigation and the use of ENABLON
Submits daily observation reports
Attends prestart meetings
Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with PTW and other submitted & approved documents for ongoing activities


Knowledge, Skills and Experience :


Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Knowledge of ISO 45001
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
5 years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Continuous monitoring of Service Provider (SP) and ongoing all project-related activities to ensure alignment with and adherence to all Health & Safety Management systems and plans
Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with PTW and other submitted & approved documents for ongoing activities.
Provide advice to Service Partner and contractor(s) on health & safety related issues
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs


Qualifications :

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
Bachelors’ Degree (H&S, FM, Engineering, Environmental or another subject) (Desirable)
ISO 45001 auditor qualification (desirable)
