Description

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who will be responsible for the overseeing the movement and distribution of the company's materials along with managing the logistics team and ensures all team members are trained and performing up to the standards of the organization.



Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop logistics strategies that align with the organization's goals
- Manage and coordinate logistics teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Manage logistics budgets and ensure that the organization is meeting financial targets



Qualifications and Education:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Proven experience as a logistics supervisor or manager
- Knowledge of logistics software, inventory management software, and transportation management software
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
