Job Descriptions:

Comply with Safety instructions and procedures
Comply with Food Safety, GMP and Quality Instructions and procedures
Report any situation which you believe could be a hazard and which you cannot correct.
Run the machine with standard set speed.
Ensure your machine is fit & fine, any problems to be reported to Maintenance
Ensure autonomous maintenance of the machine
Ensure machine condition, spare parts and modifications are notified well in advance.
Monitor Line speed per hour to meet the set demand
Monitor Line Losses, Machine rejects and always bring it to within standards rage
Ensure machine is cleaned floor is organized and area is ready for Any Visitor Any Time.
Ensure log books are filled on time and SPC are within acceptable range
Ensure CCP are monitored timely.
Ensure product moving on the machine is of perfect quality and if any deviation in weight, size, dimensions, appearance, taste etc. to be reported to line leader & Quality immediately
Comply with production schedules, SOP, and Line Managers Instructions for product delivery.
Ensure you are weighing ingredients correctly as per the given recipe.
Ensure product is moving at correct count, date is printed, and packet is sealed.
Work with coworkers with high values, dignity and respect
Comply with all HR and local governments policies and procedures






Required Experience:

2 to 3 Years of Working experience in Food Industry preferably Bakery

Must read, write and speak English Language



Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Food Engineering
