As a Hardscape Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of hardscape elements within our projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hardscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with landscape architects, designers, and contractors to develop hardscape plans that align with project objectives and client preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and supervision to a team of skilled tradespeople, including masons, carpenters, and other specialized professionals.
• Oversee the sourcing, selection, and procurement of hardscape materials, such as stone, wood, concrete, and metal.
• Ensure precise installation of hardscape elements, including pathways, patios, retaining walls, outdoor structures, and other architectural features.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure craftsmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Regularly inspect project sites to assess progress, address challenges, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with clients to address their specific needs, preferences, and any modifications to project scope.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative hardscape materials and techniques.
• Coordinate with the softscape team to integrate hardscape and landscape elements seamlessly.
• Provide clients with expert advice on hardscape maintenance, care, and seasonal considerations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing hardscape projects, with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing successful ventures.
• Profound knowledge of hardscape materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant design and project management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving acumen and adaptability to evolving project demands.
• Familiarity with sustainable hardscape design principles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
