A huge Group in KSA working in multiple industries across MENA is actively looking for an Overseas Recruitment Specialist to be Based in the City of Jeddah.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:
• Support the recruitment/ hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing screening interviews, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts and preparing job offer letters
• Schedule meetings and interviews
• Coordination with overseas agencies for vacancies
• Assist the Recruitment Manager in identifying requirements to fill the manpower plan from both local & overseas market.
• Coordinating Air tickets for new joiners hired from overseas countries

Required Education, Experience & Skills:
-University degree in any related field
-2-4 Years of experience in Overseas Recruitment & Mass Recruitment
-Knowledge in the hiring techniques and requirements in Overseas countries i.e. (Egypt, Pakistan, India..etc.)
-Fluency in English
-Ability to be based in KSA, Jeddah
-Expats are welcomed
