A company specializing in maintenance and facilities management needs to hire a multi-skilled technician with a mechanical diploma (proficient in air-conditioning maintenance and has experience in electrical and plumbing works) to lead the roaming team in Riyadh.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential

Can speak (Arabic/English)
Has a driving license
Ability to show a professional attitude to whatever jobs are carried out.
A good knowledge of health and safety
Ability to handle tools correctly and safely.
Positive attitude
Willing to succeed.
Good communication skills.
Presentable appearance.
Multi skilled
Appropriate experience within the engineering field
Flexible
People management
Prioritising skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Physically fit as lifting may be involved
Must be able to work in restricted/confined spaces
Good computer skills (MS Office)
