Description

The first responsible for the quality of the products and services provided by the company (restaurants and branches) in order to meet the requirements of customers. The Quality Assurance Manager makes sure that operations are conducted in accordance with legal standards and approved policies and in a manner that meets the expectations of customers. The job also needs commitment and accuracy in dealing and monitoring the minute details. Therefore, the job requires Comprehensive knowledge of potential and existing customers as well as competitors, and identification of raw material requirements
Education:
Preferred to have Bachelor's degree in any related field

Practical experience:
• Practical experience in the job field is preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
• Experience in how to obtain international and local certificates of quality and their requirements.
• Experience in the Saudi market.

Languages:
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred, both spoken and written.

Professional knowledge:
• Dealing with accuracy and assuming responsibilities.
• Be careful to follow up on the details and analyze the results.
• The ability to communicate distinctly with the work team.
• Possess organizational and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures, legal standards and municipal requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
