Description

Our company is looking for an ELEVATOR TECHNICIAN as per the following requirements:-

Duties and Responsibilities:

-A signed for daily repair and test work for elevators.
-Aware of load demand and circuit breaker ratings for elevators.
-Diagnose the main causes of problems from the elevators.
-Monitoring the elevator system and all other day-to-day routine works Daily activity and major problems found to be reported to Electrical Supervisor.
-Any emergency and urgent matter must take immediate action Maintaining all the push buttons and manual operations in good condition
-Should make a technical report for all maintenance problems report first to the Electrical supervisor for any troubleshooting for all building elevators should endorse to the outside company if there are any technical problems required to fix.
-Perform troubleshooting to all required equipment and machines which is related to his job.
-Follow any repair or renovation work executed by the elevator company.
-Must have a Technical college certificate in Electrical.
-Minimum 3 years as a technician.
