:We are Looking for Supply Chain Manager (In Food and Beverage)

Location: Riyadh


Job Description

• Manage and control food cost at targeted level.
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers (both local and oversea) and ensure product stability and service level.
• Source new products and identify and qualify potential new suppliers to make cost effective.
• Monitor and analysis trends in spending and inventory control and make recommendations to identify areas for saving.
• Analysis trends and market conditions for pricing, availability ,lead time and capacity of goods & services.
• Analysis market trends and collaborate with senior management and marketing department to come out new promotions.
• Make Purchase from Oversea, purchase of equipment and customized products.
• Menu item programming and supplier & inventory maintenance for ERP system.
• Manage and control R & M and IT matters.
•Assist in new outlet build up, central Kitchen renovation.
• Calculate costing for tendered menu and project.
• Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
•Ensure, all product ordered is received, accounted, and processed, both physically and on internal systems to ensure the best due process
•Manage all month end procedures including but not limited to transfers, requisitions, receiving, invoicing/reconciliation, accruals, inventory and producing monthly reports.
•Lead and manage the stewarding Team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are met.
•To assist in the recruitment and training of stewarding staff
•Maximize productivity by communicating regularly with the F&B teams to implement agreed upon strategies and practices.
