A reputed company in Dammam requires a Placement Co-Ordinator;

Expected candidate have following qualities,
- Good experience in HRM duties,
- Have a Genuine Experience (or) equivalent Education Qualification
- Maintains a proper data for all operations regarding recruiting activities
- Analyzing the profile and shortlists the relevant candidates
- Have a good knowledge and speech proficiency in Languages (English (Proficient), Arabic, Urdu/Hindi)
- Sourcing various agencies from around various countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, etc.,
- Have good knowledge in recruiting the candidates based on the precise requirements,
- Hard-working, Honest and able to handle situations without stress.

Preferable Nationality : Indian
