Description

Task :

.
• Review client documents and drawings for technical clarification
• Preparation of techno-commercial offer as per the client requirements.
• Performing overall supervision of workshop and onsite activities for Static & Rotary equipment such for Valve, Manual Valve, Actuator (Pneumatic/Hydraulic type) and Pressure safety valves, Heat Exchanger, motor, impeller etc.
• Attending site visit, progress meetings for the project.
• Calculate material costs, estimate labor times, and identify outsourced services required.
• Decision making for spare parts and be liason between procurement and suppliers for efficient resourcing of spares.
• Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining job.
• Responsible for valve repairs, replace of internal parts testing processes and procedures.
• Executes and manage all the activities as per the scope of work.
• Capable in preparing of Method Statement, WBS, Project Execution Plan, Planning Package Etc.
• Review ISO and P&ID drawings for execution.
• Having knowledge on monitoring of progress, cost and controlling of project budget.
• Coordination with Client for any technical issues.
• Manage onsite activity such as arranging the manpower for onsite repair or offsite overhauling and repair works.
• Arranging the equipment’s for onsite requirements.
