Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or any professional certification is a plus).
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Odoo is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Team player with leadership skills.
