We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef familiar with Indian dishes as well as other or international dishes in QSR, planning to open soon

Responsibilities
• Should be innovative and creative
• Menu Design, Food costing & Neutrino specification
• Control and direct food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Handle entire kitchen operation
• Comply with KSA health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior Sous Chef
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Should reside in KSA
• Degree in Culinary science or related certificate

Should have a valid and transferrable Iqama
Salary package will be discussed at the interview.
