Description

Need to hire an accountant who has a Knowledge of Accounting laws and procedures.
Well versed with MS Office applications and ERPS.
Effective Communication skills.

Daily Activities
 Review the Purchase Invoices (Trade & Non-Trade) in the ERP software.
 Prepare the Journal entries in the ERP software.
 Review the sales invoice and posting in the E-Invoicing software.
 Prepare the service costing for the closed job.

Weekly Activities:
 Prepare the sales Report and submitting to the line/Sales Managers.
 Prepare the collection receipts in the ERP software.
 Update Sales forecast sheet.
 Verify the petty cash transactions from supporting documents and posting in the ERP software.
 Review the fund transfers, cheques and recording in the ERP software.

Monthly Activities:
 Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for each bank account.
 Reviewing PO file and ensuring the completeness with ERP sequence and validate approvals.
 Monthly Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts for closing the monthly reports.
 Prepare Accounts Receivable reconciliation on a monthly basis for monthly financial reports.
 Reclassification of balances of Advances received and paid at each month end.
 Update fixed asset schedule with addition, deletions, and monthly depreciation, comparing with ERP system and prepare monthly depreciation entry.
 Record reversal of advances and accruals.
 Prepare the VAT filing sheet on monthly basis.
 Assist in the coordination of annual audit.
