Description

Business development specialist shall have sound experience in the Oil & Gas sector under Electrical, Mechanical and Civil discipline and expect to take responsibility for below:


- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels such as cold calling,
networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client needs, assess their business requirements, and propose suitable solutions or
services offered by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to
generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company
and the client.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, as well as industry
trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence
to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution of
client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new
business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, or
training programs, to enhance skills and knowledge.


BD specialist will be assigned a sound technical and sales executive who will carry out technical and sales meetings with leads generated by the BD specialist.



BD specialist is expected to have existing leads in SABIC and ARAMCO for EPC, Services & supply preferably in the Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical and Civil disciplines.
