Job Description
• Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's long-term objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide guidance on capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify training and development needs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and analyse key financial metrics, KPIs, and variances to ensure financial health and proactively address any issues.
• Analyze long-range planning and strategic operational initiatives to the Executives
• Advise on the financial implications of new business activities
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CMA, or CPA are required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven history of leadership and financial management.
• Strong experience in investment management and financial analysis.
• Strong business acumen and highly effective communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience working in healthcare is highly preferred but not mandatory.
