Description

The Project Manager is accountable for handling clients’ technical projects in areas including state-of-the-art data centers, enterprise networking, cloud and IOT to name a few. S/He handles projects from initiation to closing through coordinating the needed resources, tracking/controlling and measuring/reporting progress, activities, cost and risks.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Technical and Operations
Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement;
Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints;
Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality;
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques;
Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques;
Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders;
Run project status meetings with clients as required and develop related reports accordingly;
Develop and manage project dependencies;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Achieve professional certifications related to the scope of work;

Talent Development
Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

At least 15 years of relevant experience
