Food and Beverage Company Looking for Cost Controller in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia

To establish and enforce cost control measures to ensure profitable food and beverage operations.
The following are some of the duties and responsibilities of a Food and Beverage Cost Controller:
Develop and implement menu pricing strategies in accordance with market trends and customer preferences.
Track food and beverage sales, expenses, and waste to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas.
Taste and evaluate food and beverage products.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
Update and maintain receipts into the systems.
Check and verify voids, discounts, and promotional discounts in the POS systems.
Compile amounts and costs of food bought and sold from records of Cashier clerical Ii other summaries.
