Description

1- SAP and WMS integration. To ensure smooth alignment between the systems. Master Data validation

2- Collaborate in periodic stock counts as required. Ensure all paperwork is ready and system updated prior to counts. Complete Posting as directed.

3- Complete all relevant reports and ensure all KPI's are updated. All information to be presented to Country Manager, Warehouse Supervisor for verification.

4- Apply proficiency in all data entry systems and process and cross train to members of the data input team

5- Ensure all inventory movements received and dispatched have complete paper trail and correct in system

6- Assist the customer in correcting order variations in the system prior to issuing pick sheets to the warehouse.

7- Reporting into Country Manager, you will advise him on all system related matters and assist him to ensure smooth running of the warehouse operation.
