Job Requirements:

Nationality Preferred: Filipino / Indian
-Experience: 3 to 7 years in architectural design and drafting
-Proficiency in design programs, especially in creating exceptional residential buildings, villas, landscapes, and administrative structures.
-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
-Proficient with MS Microsoft Office suite.
-Familiarity with Saudi code regulations for architectural design.
-Expertise in engineering software programs such as 3ds Max, Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and others.

Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Engineer / Architectural Draftsman at our office, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the team to develop high-quality architectural designs.
Utilizing design programs and software to create detailed and visually appealing plans for various projects.
Ensuring all designs adhere to Saudi code regulations and quality standards.
Participating in project meetings and discussions to contribute valuable insights.
