A Leading IT based Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires (Saudi National Preferred):

1). Network Engineer
2). Technical support engineer
3). Computer Technician
4). Help Desk Technician

Experienced in Installation and maintenance, resolving network issues, configuring Operating Systems and using Remote Desktop connections to provide immediate support, research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Configuring network security and virus protection software tools and monitoring their effectiveness to safeguard the entire infrastructure.

Requirements

1. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

2. Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

3. In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.

4. Strong problem-solving skills

5. Excellent client-facing skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Candidate should have a valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama with computer related profession.
