Participate and assist the purchasing manager in developing purchasing processes and closing his purchase requests
Search for new suppliers
Follow-up of the purchase orders entrusted to them
Continuous follow-up of supplies
Compare suppliers' prices according to the lowest price in the market
Finalizing purchase orders as requested by the requesting entity
Follow-up returns and inform the financial department to complete the necessary
Coordinating with suppliers regarding supply and following up with supplies
Matching and reviewing the invoices issued by the supplier with the purchase orders, to avoid problems in the financial management department and to confirm after manipulation
Filling out contracts, adding items, and finalizing signing contracts with suppliers, according to the company's regulations
