Accountant duties and responsibilities of the job

? Preparation, validation, and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the KSA entities.

? Handle VAT reporting (payable and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with KSA regulations.

? Compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include monthly VAT liabilities, VAT returns.

? Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.

? Examining expenses submitted by employees.

? Tracking on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.

? Creating company financial reports with the above information included.

? Registration & filing all governmental payables (ZAKAT , MUDAD etc.)
