Dear All, .

We are currently hiring Production Supervisor for our Aluminum Company in Jeddah who has at least 5 to 7 years of Experience in Aluminum Industry The Job Responsibilities are following below :

The Person must know the Fabrication Works for Curtain Wall, ACP Cladding, Automatic Sliding Doors, Steel Canopies, All Local and international Systems acknowledgement.

Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Supervise and/or carry out fabrication operations in the factory, workshop and site.

- Research and development into new products

- Provide Quality Control oversight for all products.

- Organize training and orientation for new workers and team leaders.


Requirements and skills
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Advanced skills in MS Office
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Problem-solving skills
High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
