Overview:
A leading manufacturing company situated in 3rd Industrial city Dammam, in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the accounting standards and regulations of Saudi Arabia and IFRS.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and statements to the senior management team.
• Prepare, and analyze the Product wise reports with cost analysis, and item-wise profitability to the senior management team.
• Monitor the cost management and suggest financial advice to the senior management for the cost impact vs revenue.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for improvement and to senior management for decision-making purposes
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure annual financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance activities to ensure compliance with national tax laws.
• Manage the company's banking relationships and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Assess the financial impact of business decisions and provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and support for business decisions and strategies
• Manage the company's risk management activities, including insurance and hedging mainly in( import) strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, ACCA is preferred
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's financial regulations and Tax law compliance requirements
• Experience in managing financial operations for a manufacturing company is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
