Necessary Conditions
Previous experience from 7 to 10 yearsIn the field of contracting preferably heavy equipment
Knowledge in procurement management structure
Skill inventory management and plan to keep inventory active
Proficiency in reporting and performance indicators
Ability to manage the task force
Personal Strength in Field and Administrative Management
Proficiency in English/Arabic
