We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Data Quality Specialist with a certification in Informatica to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our organization's data management efforts and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data quality standards, procedures, and policies.
Perform data profiling and cleansing activities to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality rules, business rules, and data validation routines.
Conduct regular data audits to measure and improve data quality.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.
Monitor and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding data quality best practices.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working as a Data Quality Specialist or in a similar role.
Possess Informatica certification (or equivalent) demonstrating proficiency in Informatica Data Quality tools.
Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
Proficient in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data analysis.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data quality issues.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) is preferred but not mandatory.
