Hello Dear,

We are heavy equipments company. Currently we have opening in HR Department for Saudi Nationals only in our Riyadh Office.

Important: Long-term mindset employee's are welcome !! Who can stay with us for long period.

Excellent knowledge in HR activities, Government Relations, New Business Setup Paperworks and Office work coordination.

He can handle the followings duties:

HR Experience: (Office work coordination, Iqama renewal, Sponsorship transfer service, Issue New or Iqama Cancel, New Employee Visa Issuance, Exit- Rentry, Collecting Documents, Writing Letter's, Ministry of Labour Rules and Regulations).
Know how to use these portals online: Muqeem - Qiwa - Mol - Absher - Sagia - Balady and more.

Government Relations: (If required can book appointments, emails and Visit the government all offices, For example: Ministry of labour, Jawazat, Balady, Health, Sagia, Legal and others)
Dealing with all above government offices when required,
How to Issue New and Renew Office and Business License, Office/Apartment Contracts, and arrange documents, arabic letters, approvals and solve issues.

Saudi Nationals Only.
Fluent in English and Arabic. speaking , writing.
Computer - MS Office Knowledge.
At least 2-3 years experience.
Must be in Riyadh.
