Description

Position: Chemical Products Sales Specialist/Sales Engineer. Only Indian Nationals.

Work Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Good technical & sales background.
- Good skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, or Catalyst industries with a (technical) sales background.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, PowerPoints necessary for use during presentations to customers.
- Meet customers for Marketing and Sales of company services.
- Maintain customers database updated (contacts and catalysts/shutdowns)
- Study received RFQs and prepares corresponding sales offers and contracts.
- Assist customers in arranging transportation services.
- Assist customers in preparing administration and customs documents.
- Provide Operations department with all required information for completing services/treatments.
- Assist Operations Manager in organizing the production schedule.
- Liaise closely and assist the accounting department with preparing purchase orders and invoices.
- Be the interface between the customer and the company and efficiently deal with any request the customer has.
- Assist Sales Director in forecasting commercial activities and pricing for budgeting purposes.
- Assist Sales Director in establishing marketing strategy to be adopted by the Company.
