Riyadh - 723-Warehouse Storekeeper cum Logistics Coordinator

We are representing a well-established company in Riyadh with a workforce of 10-20 employees engaged in various business activities, including distribution, Projects & Ecommerce focused on Physical Security, Smart Homes & IOT.
We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator cum Warehouse Storekeeper. This role is responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound logistics operations for our marketplace e-commerce, B2B, and B2C businesses. The ideal candidate should also possess a valid driving license to facilitate the daily delivery of small orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Logistics:
-Receive incoming shipments, carefully unpack and inspect goods, and ensure accurate documentation of received items.
-Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule timely deliveries and resolve any shipment discrepancies.
-Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
-Update and maintain records of incoming products in the inventory management system.
-Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
Outbound Logistics:
-Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to order accuracy and timeliness.
-Coordinate with the shipping department to schedule outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
-Generate shipping labels and relevant documentation for outbound orders.
-Safely load goods onto delivery vehicles and ensure proper securing to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Operations:
Facilitate the delivery of small orders to customers if needed in absence of delivery driver.
Ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly.

Warehouse Management:
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
-Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in performing periodic stock counts.
Implement effective stock control measures to minimize inventory discrepancies and loss.
-Report any damaged or defective items and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.

Coordination and Communication:
-Collaborate with various teams, including sales, customer service, and procurement, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
-Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues.

Compliance and Safety:
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices for warehousing and delivery operations.
-Adhere to local traffic laws and safety standards while driving for deliveries.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Proven experience in logistics coordination and warehouse management.
-Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
-Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
-Knowledge of Zoho software will be an addition
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends, if needed.
