Job Description: Pakistani Restaurant Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pakistani Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and appreciation for Pakistani cuisine and culture, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires someone who can effectively manage the restaurant's daily activities, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead a team of staff members.

Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring dishes are consistently prepared to high standards and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

2. Staff Management and Training:
- Hire, train, and develop a cohesive and efficient team of waitstaff, chefs, and kitchen staff.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and support to staff members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, high productivity, and excellent customer service.

3. Customer Service:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining experiences and ensure that the restaurant ambiance, service, and overall guest experience exceed expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering regular clientele and repeat business.

4. Financial Performance:
- Manage budget and ensure financial success by controlling costs, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing effective cost-saving strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and oversee pricing and menu planning to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new customers and increase revenue through promotions and special events.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, ideally within a Pakistani restaurant setting.
- Deep knowledge and passion for Pakistani cuisine, culture, and dining traditions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, based on the demands of the business.
