Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our precast concrete factory team. As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our precast concrete components meet the highest quality standards before they are released for delivery to our clients. This is a critical role that requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on precast concrete components at various stages of the production process, including raw materials, casting, curing, and finishing.
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate measurements and evaluate product conformance.
- Document inspection results, maintain comprehensive records, and generate inspection reports.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards, and work closely with production personnel to address and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and techniques.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality assurance programs.
