we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles for the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Work with the hiring manager to understand the roles and needs to be filled & make sure that all candidates meet job requirements & company standards.

• Handle end to end recruitment process for Saudi Arabia from understanding the requirements, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, releasing offer letter, onboarding.

• Source candidates using multiple recruiting sites such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf.com, Bayt.com, GulfTalent, Expatriates.com, referrals, website applications and other sources.

• Frequent interaction with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

• Conduct thorough screening and find the best suitable candidates for each role.

• Guide the candidate through the entire interview process till the time they are onboarded.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
